Bird Shots using my new Blind

Today before the front moves in and the temperatures drop and the rain sweeps in, I tried out my new chair stand that is big enough to fit myself, tripod and camera (even Jack came in for a short visit). Animal Art Photography Class

I had the chance today to go to the Nashville Zoo and take a animal art photography class with Christian Sperka, he is the official photographer for the Nashville Zoo. Mr Sperka is about to move to Africa so I jumped at the chance to take at least one of his classes (hoping to go to his advanced class in March). Family and Friends I lost this year.

2011 was a hard year for my family as we lost four wonderful people. It’s never easy to see someone you love pass away. I’m thankful for the memories that have I of each of them.
