Jack got a bowling game this Christmas from Granny and Pa. Gerri and I like it too.

The best part of the game is that we don’t have to set the pins up each time he knocks them down.

Family and Friends I lost this year.

2011 was a hard year for my family as we lost four wonderful people.

It’s never easy to see someone you love pass away. I’m thankful for the memories that have I of each of them.

I’m also thankful that each one was close to not only me but to Gerri and Jack as well.

We will miss each one.

Finishing the Year at the Lake

The day couldn’t have been better.

At the end of December it was a nice day with the temps at 63 degs. So off we head to Tims Ford Park to throw rock into the water and then play at the playground.

We had a great time.

Jack had a great time opening presents. Christmas without a child just doesn’t hold as much joy.

I am so thankful for my family, I hope to never take them for granted.

Let’s open presents Jack.

Our very late or early Christmas. After returning from Gerri’s family in Cookeville we decided to open presents around 11:30pm on Christmas Eve.

Jack had a blast. I am glad we did it also because today Jack is sick and running a fever so it would have been a wash if we hadn’t of opened presents on Christmas Eve.
