Some of the Memphis Zoo Animals
We had a great time at the Memphis Zoo over Labor Day Weekend. It was very hot in Memphis but we got lucky in that so many of the animals were active.
This was our first trip to the Memphis Zoo and it was one of the best for types of animals (but ranked much lower for friendly staff, clean restrooms, and food).
All of the shots that you see in this article was shot with my Canon 7D with the Canon 400mm L 5.6 I took most of the shots using a monopod.
