Smugmug and Moo.com have joined up to let you create business/casual cards from pictures in your smugmug galleries.
I gave them a try and think they do a wonderful job (even if they are in England).
If your looking for something different than your standard boring business cards give them a try.

I wanted to point out that MOO actually has two locations – one in England and one in the US. I’m not sure if you are in North America, but if you are, it would be better to order directly from the US store. us.moo.com They’ll arrive much faster than ordering from our UK store.
